What happens after we book?
If you book directly through our calendar you will get a confirmation email, inside of the confirmation email is a link to our Studio Info page. This page has all the information you need for a successful rental like how to find our studio, parking, bathrooms, key codes and more.
What is your capacity?
We are a 900 square foot studio with two rooms and a small pantry area with a sink.
For mingling, tables, and some movement, our full space can fit around 60 people for a standing party.
For seating, food tables, or other setups, the number of people it can hold will decrease - it may accommodate closer to 20–25 people.
While our studio is 900 square feet, it’s worth taking into account the ‘main’ window room as your general capacity.

Are there stairs to access your studio?
Yes, there is a set of 4 stairs up to the front door of our building to access our studio. You can view them in our gallery or on Google Maps.
What is your cancellation policy?
Unfortunately we can’t be held responsible for your marketing or for yourself, children or clients being sick.

Rebooking is still considered a cancellation as it counts for two days being booked and blocks us from being able to recoup the costs of your original spot.
Photography Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price.
Photography Booking cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable.
EVENT BOOKINGS: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.
EVENT BOOKINGS: If you cancel 60 days or more before your event, you will receive a 50% refund of any payments made beyond the deposit.
EVENT BOOKINGS: Cancellations made within 60 days of the event are non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
Events may be rescheduled ONCE only if requested 60 days or more before the original event date.
Photography bookings may be rescheduled ONCE if requested 7 days or more in advance.
Do we get extra time for setup and breakdown?
Your setup and breakdown time needs to be included in your rental period. Example: If your rental is from 1:00-3:00 we recommend scheduling a 30 minute buffer on each end so that you have extra time to setup and clean up. Your rental would look like 12:30-3:30.
We recommend booking our full or half day rental for significant savings.
What is your cleaning policy?
Before you leave there is a check out list posted on the wall that includes taking all your items with you, vacuuming and resetting any furniture.
For events, garbage must be taken with as well as the pantry items washed.
If you want to upgrade your rental, a full cleanup and reset can be added-on at $250
Failure to clean and reset studio with be a $250 charge added to your rental.
Do you have bathrooms
Yes, we have a unisex bathroom just outside of our studio space. No additional stairs.
There are extra bathrooms upstairs that are labeled Women and Mens.
What is available for parking?
There is metered parking on Market and St. Helens. Generally the parking is easy to find in front.

Parking is FREE on Sundays
May-October there is the downtown Broadway Farmer’s Market on Thursdays which may impact the busyness of the street.
There is also a paid parking lot nearby.
Do you have heating + cooling?
Yes! We have a mini split for heating and cooling as well as sheer curtains to diffuse any direct sun in the summer months.
Are dogs allowed?
Yes, dogs are allowed.
Is your studio private?
We are located just a few steps up off the main level which means you can see into our space. However, we have sheer curtains that help with privacy.
What if we go over our rental period?
Rentals are usually back to back, especially on weekends. Which means another photographer and event guest is waiting after you. Please don’t go over your rental period as it infringes on the next guests studio time. Overtime rentals will be charged an hourly rate.
